We are currently hiring for the position of: Administrative Assistant (Approved Admin Staff) 


Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide general administrative support

- Client Communication via phone and email
- provide friendly & timely service to agent & company requests
- general data entry tasks - in our database and also on company websites
-  general office tasks - emails, fax, phone, etc

Requirements:

Ability to pass the background check and Covered California- Approved Admin Staff training
Experience in working with clients (including corporate clients)
High level of communication;
Customer-oriented;
Ability to work with a large amount of information and data
Patience and ability to listen and understand each client

Conditions:

flexible work schedule during training. After training from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (mostly remotely) 
Payment per hour (depending on qualification)
